PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Offer assistance to all guests, prospects and home buyers with their orientation
Arrange and maintain community bulletin board and information centre showcasing community services, area attractions and local amenities.
Frequent Tourism centre and other local business gathering pamphlets and catalogues to display in Community Area.
Work with Marketing Department to create a quarter annual newsletter contributing ideas, information and pictures.
Host a wide range of events and seminars for both youth and adult residents. Responsible for the planning, budget, promotion, preparation and execution of these activities.
Administrative role/reports as discussed with Vice President of Sales
Marketing role/reports as discussed with Vice President of Marketing.
Basic administrative duties such as regular mailings, welcome visitors, maintain client profiles, prepare hand outs, general inquiries regarding the community etc.
Prepares Construction status report and distributes weekly
