Full Time Call Centre agent(s) required for West End call centre. You will have the opportunity to grow as you learn new skill sets that will enable you to handle a variety of customer support areas and grow in your career.   • Provide courteous, prompt and professional service to customers over the phone with the goal of resolving customer questions and concerns during the first contact.
  • Work with other call centre agents
  • Follow up with customers to identify and support their needs
  • Process routine clerical transactions in between calls

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; Bilingual language skills (French) is an asset
  • Previous experience in a call centre or customer service environment is an asset
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team oriented environment
  • Proficient PC and keyboarding skills (Word, Excel, eMail
