Checking your papers in the morning , load the truck and get the road.
Usually 2 or 3 jobs a day , dealing with customers and driving east to west and north to south everywhere.
Production Management and Sales Management unfortunately don't speak the same language, when problems happen things could go pretty bad once that you are between sales and production, some customers can go pretty mad when they order a rounded sink and end up with a square sink because misinformation happened during the fabrication process.
Co-workers are nice but a lot of new faces , teaching newbies constantly could make older employees tired and stress out and clearly Bosses don't care about that or cant solve the problem hiring quality workers.
hardest part of the job is understand details and get the expertise to help customers about simple but important decisions like where to drill their faucet hole when they end up with 3 or more holes faucet.
Obviously heavy loads are bad in your body , but company used to send more guys to help in big jobs that is important.
The best part of the job no doubt is the reaction of the customers , some cry , some say that big WOW, and this is priceless, company benefit plan is good as well.
Company used to pay higher wages but unfortunate change their policy and cheap labor means cheap results.
