As a member of our customer success team, you will be working directly with customers. In many cases you will be assisting them with questions and technical support to ensure they can use our apps correctly to achieve maximum results. In other cases, you will be engaging with prospects and leads (typically over the phone and email) to try to sell them our programs. It is important you are good at multi-tasking and time management because there are usually several projects happening at once.
This is not a position where you are going to be a junior person and simply have to do what you are told. You are going to have a voice, vote, and big say in how things unfold. As such, good communication skills are vitally important.
You should have good computer technical skills, a willingness to learn, an eagerness to engage customers, and the drive to succeed.
You should be enthusiastic about collaborating with people in our Toronto office as well as our staff around the world. A positive and friendly attitude is an absolute must.

Salary Range: $30,000 - $33,000 annually
