Eligeo CRM is seeking an experienced CRM Software Project Manager & Consultant to deliver CRM and business process solutions to their customers.

Eligeo CRM is a fast growing CRM consulting company that continues to excel with their CRM solutions and implementations for businesses across Canada. This is a great role for an experienced CRM Consultant/Project Manager whom has a strong business analysis background.

Implementation Consultants participate in and also, at times, own and lead their customer projects. Additionally, a preferred candidate will have experience in CRM software and application experience, technical application knowledge, designing, implementing, and supporting their CRM solutions.

We offer a number of project management, management consulting, advisory, implementation, and support services for our customers across North America.

Qualification you possess:

*Outstanding communication, technical, and problem solving skills, as well as proven business *consulting and project management experience
*Strong CRM industry and product knowledge with implementation experience
*Have certifications pertaining to CRM applications
*Excellent presentation and communication skills targeted to effectively present information to professional groups
*Pursue professional and personal development to ensure adequate knowledge of the markets and industries SugarCRM provides
*Ability to develop critical client relationships

Responsibilities:

Cultivate CRM consultant opportunities with high profile accounts and partnerships
Assist prospective companies in their CRM technology assessment by obtaining information about their business strategies, processes, desired outcomes and critical success factors and evaluate technology tools to enable them to carry out their objectives
Performing onsite consulting services for implementation projects in the areas of requirements gathering, business process modeling, application and workflow design, configuration and testing, end user training and ongoing support services
Performing ongoing support services to existing clients via email/phone support and onsite visits
Develop client project statements of work

Qualifications:

Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing or experience in a related field
Strong analysis skills; the ability to make critical business recommendations and think strategically
A proven ability to manage to a defined forecast with stated objectives
Strong presentation, written and verbal communications skills
Ability to manage technical resources within a project
Minimum 3 years client facing experience
Possess outstanding communication, technical, and problem solving skills, as well as proven business consulting and project management experience.
