The people I worked with were wonderful but the managers did not respect thier employees.

It was a 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday job with an hour for lunch. Day consisted of receiving stock and putting it in location. Everyday was really busy and seemed like there was never a way to get everything done. Eecol is staffed very thin and their is not enough people to run the warehouse so the expectations for things to be completed were extremely too high. Management was found to be unproductive. No respect was given and emplyees were treated poorly for all the effort they put in. When it came to emplyee conflict management did not do what they could to resolve to issue. Co-worker were wonderful. They were high spirted and helpful. Hardest part of the job was trying to keep u with expectations. Best part was conversing with co-workers and customers

My day consisted of covering reception first thing in morning and then start to balance the cash sales from previous day. I also did freight and expediting. My day was usually pretty busy with things to do in between.

It is unfortunate that i was laid off. I was grateful to have given my time to this company. I thought there was room for growth & advancement, especially at the managorial level. Wait... is 'managorial' even a word?
