Edmonton Based dynamic and driven technology company is currently looking for a full time customer support representative to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will include providing support and training to our clients - both in person, on the phone and through webinars.
The successful candidate must be able to work effectively in a high paced team environment, multitask and communicate effectively with clients.
Applicants Must Be:
- Fluent In English - Both Written and Verbal
- Located In Edmonton (This is an in house position)
Specific Job Responsibilities:
*Have used ticketing systems before - understand how to respond and escalate tickets quickly and efficiently.
- Love learning technology and how things work
Able to provide exceptional customer service in all situations. Ability to communicate technical terms to non-tech savvy clients.
*Enthusiastic personality when answering the phone or addressing clients.
*Use troubleshooting techniques and tools to accurately identify problems
*Apply most effective solution for identified problems.
*Provide training and education to clients.
*Deep understanding of basic computer functionality, email configurations/setup
*Ability to communicate with client via web, email, phone, in person.
*Excellent oral and written communication skills.
*Advanced Understanding of DNS/Domain system and management
*Advanced understanding of Email systems/setup (Imap,pop,smtp)
*Understanding of CMS technologies.
