The successful candidate for this full-time, permanent position will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to the Planning and Property Management Decision Units through the collection, analysis, organization, and reporting of technical data. Responsibilities include: updating, reporting and maintaining the Archibus database; providing data support for functional work in the decision units; securing accurate and timely floor plans for school buildings and leased space; ensuring school space use and utilization tracking is complete and up-to-date; maintaining lease/tenant data; and developing and optimizing reporting and presentation formats for District enrolment and infrastructure data.

Requirements: diploma in Architecture, Urban Planning, Property Management, or related field; minimum of one year related experience; demonstrated ability to collaborate with a team and provide innovative approaches to the collection and reporting of data; proficiency with Microsoft Office, MapInfo and Archibus. Technical expertise related to CAD and GIS is desirable.

Salary: $2,168.60 - $2,769.20 bi-weekly. An excellent benefits package is provided.
