We are looking for a qualified sales manager to run our medical laser sales department.
Requirements:
You must have 10 - 15 years’ experience in the medical field (ie. Physiotherapy, medical doctor..). Plus 10-15 years of managerial experience, and 1- 3 years’ experience in the sales of medical laser equipment.

Worker will be hired in the capacity of a working manager, his role will be at first to train in the use, and sales of laser equipment, he will then be required to set projected goals, develop a strategy, and implement the strategy.

Manager will be responsible for dealing with suppliers, and all client issues. It will be the responsibility of the Manager to recruit a service team, and train them accordingly.

As my focus is going to remain with the other areas of the business, I am relying on the manager to run the department with very little supervision, that is why I have required that he have previous business experience, knowledge in the medical field and terminology, as well experience with the product its self.
