Temporary part time administrative position to cover medical/maternity leave until March, 2014. May lead to permanent part time position. This is a junior position with an hourly rate of $10.50 - $12.00, with the potential for an increase if the position becomes permanent. Hours are 10:00-2:00 Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
Supports an efficient and effective day-to-day office operation and reports directly to Executive Assistant, Ecora Resource Group, Head Office, Kelowna, Penticton Branch manager, and engineers.
Responsible for all reception and clerical duties as assigned including: typing, photocopying, mailing, faxing.
Receives and directs visitors and clients.
Answers and directs telephone queries.
Maintains hard and electronic filing systems and ensures efficient document storage and retrieval.
Assists with accounts receivable and payment processing.
Handles requests for information and data.
Manages and orders all department inventories.
Co-ordinates maintenance of office and engineering equipment.
Provides assistance to staff with composing, formatting and issuing correspondence ensuring consistency and high quality corporate image.
Performs other related activities, as assigned, in support of departmental and/ or corporate objectives.
