I'd work here again in a heartbeat!
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) –  Winnipeg, MB22 December 2016
I had a great time working at eCom customer care. I worked with this company for nearly 3 years and each year they have improved greatly. They now offer ALL employees benefits, offer bonuses just for showing up on time, have plenty of prizes given out each month!
Plenty of coworkers leave and then come back to working here because they missed it - and I can certainly understand why. Management and HR are amazing and certainly carter to your personal needs.

They ever have a MASSAGE THERAPIST that comes in to the office monthly for employees!

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews about no advancement. Plenty of my coworkers have been promoted to bigger and better positions. And as eCom continues to expand I am sure that even more opportunities will present themselves!
Pros
Lots of prizes/giveaways, great staff parties, monthly birthday celebrations, monthly massage therapists
Cons
Far from where I live

GREAT Work Place!
Employee (Current Employee) –  WINNIPEG14 July 2015
Some of the reviews for this job aren't quite accurate. At least not anymore. Every employee is able to receive for benefits, there are MANY contests/incentives (bi-weekly bonus, spirit weeks, sales contests) for employees. They also have a company discount at Shapes and a discounted Eco-pass for Winnipeg Transit. Hours are VERY consistent, and each and every staff member treats you like family.

Take it from someone who is still employed with the company... this is a GREAT place to work!
Pros
free lunches, monthly contests, spirit weeks, benefits

Great staff
Customer service (Former Employee) –  Winnipeg5 July 2015
The staff are great! But management picks favorites and picks on specific employees. They Tell you there is room for advancement. However it is impossible to actually get it. There's always another excuse! Nevermind everyone aside from the representative get benefits. Health benefits are needed and this position is the ONLY one that doesn't get it. The hours are also wonderful. Nice and early to relaxed in the afternoon.

Terrible job
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) –  Winnipeg, MB12 March 2015
Do not apply for this job. There is no opportunity to advance even tho that is what they tell you when you are hired. the manager seems like a nice guy but changes his tone once you are hired...watch out for the favoritism
