The Contracts Administrator is primarily responsible for the
coordination of contracts with individuals involved in construction
projects. Coordinates and administers the contracts approval
process and drafts and maintains contracts documents. Reviews
variance reports, take minutes & prepare meeting agendas and as
well as manages the filing system for the department. This role
requires strong coordination and communication skills & the ability
to problem solve.
- Exposure to contracting & estimating.
- Proven verbal & written communication skills & strong ability
- An intermediate level use of MS Office. Newstar a definite asset.
