Roles and Responsibilities: Website development
and management; Online marketing support; Network,
Server and Desktop support; onsite and remote;
predominantly on Windows platform. Supporting
email issues, hardware, desktops, laptops,
network, servers and troubleshooting. Monitor and
administer backups and regularly test and document
restore processes.

Requirements: Strong hardware diagnostic
capabilities are necessary, and familiarity with
software installations, deployments and network
administration is an asset. Fluent in both English
and Chinese, Client orientation. Character traits
include resourceful troubleshooting, clear and
effective communication and interpersonal skills,
and an enthusiastic dedication to client
satisfaction. Create and optimize content for web
site in CHINESE VERSION using a variety of
graphics, database, animation and other software;
Research and evaluate a variety of interactive
media software products.

Technical Qualifications: Experience with Windows
7 Pro, Windows 8 Pro, and networking. Experience
with Office 2007, 2010, 2013 configuration
including Outlook. Ability to follow processes for
proper installations.Experience with building and
networking computers.Complete workstation
documentation and application inventory forms.
Responsible for overall documentation for site -
must have good writing skills. Excellent customer
communication skills. Experience diagnosing
workstation hardware/software/network problems.
Desktop/Laptops Break Fix.
