Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this position will be the lead for recruitment of non-management positions for Eastalta Co-op; and will participate in all HR initiatives including administration of: the Health & Safety Program; the on-boarding / orientation process including training and development; HR records management; performance management and pay administration; employee newsletter maintenance; etc.
