Reporting to the C-Store / Gas Bar Operations Manager, this dynamic self-starter will manage the day-to-day operations of the C-Store / Gas Bar in Vermilion, Alberta. We seek a positive approach, initiative and drive for results; someone who can build and maintain relationships with customers and with the employee team while ensuring that the administrative requirements of the role are maintained. Evidence of being an organized planner; motivating and developing direct reports; and leading in creative merchandising and customer service are required. Preference may be given to candidates with C-Store / Gas Bar experience within the Co-op Retailing System. Managerial training and / or experience; knowledge of accounting concepts and a retail background are assets.
