Active Place to Work
Group Leader (Current Employee), Leader, SKApril 19, 2015
Keeps you on your feet and requires you to be active while working with young minds. Not much chance for advancement. Coworkers are good

Full Time Summer Employee (Former Employee), Toronto , ONNovember 4, 2014
Pros: ability to create your own work scheduled for the most part
Cons: long hours, some times seven days a week
I worked for the Mobile team, so that means I did all the "dirty" work. Everything for picking up and dropping off people, equipment, food, files to different places. I also would take a group of kids swimming as their male staff, perform out reach task in under privileged communities.

Camp counsellor (Former Employee), 100 Galloway Rd, Scarborough, ON M1E 1W7August 27, 2014
Pros: long lunches
Cons: long hours
This experience was great, it taught me new skills about jobs, like responsibility, better work ethics, how to get more involved, and just how to be a better successful worker. The hardest part of this job was getting more involved with the kids because your just meeting them and your shy but you don't want to be passive at work more assertive. But the most enjoyable part of the job was making the kids have a fun summer. My co-workers where great they became my friends really helpful at work

Camp Counselor (Former Employee), Scarborough, ONDecember 4, 2012
Pros: bbq's great community great people
Cons: management
Great place to work!
A typical day in the summer you get there in the morning and help out with the breakfast program then get your day started once 9am hits.
From there more children and staff arrive and the day begins.
