Stationary Sales Support Coordinator (Contract, Approx.16 months)
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Handles all incoming customer inquiries and concerns (tel, email & fax)
Offer sales support with inventory inquires and shipping dates
Prepares all necessary shipping documents of Stationary & Service products
Coordinates all billings and credits for stationary sales and Industrial service
Enters all sales orders for the stationary division
Maintains electronic and hard copy files for the customer base
Data Entry on preventative maintenance reports and inspection sheets
Assists in coordinating on road service technicians
Assist in warranty claim submission & shipments back to vendors
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Strong multi-tasking ability.
Detail orientated.
Excellent organization and ability to prioritize.
Superior oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all company levels.
Strong customer service orientation.
Excellent computer skills especially with Microsoft Office.
Experience with Client Relationship Management software is an asset.
1-2 years customer service experience including inbound and outbound calling.
Post-secondary education.
Ability to learn and retain new knowledge.
Resourceful, reliable and responsible.
Battery knowledge is an asset.
