Stationary Sales Support Coordinator (Contract, Approx.16 months)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 Handles all incoming customer inquiries and concerns (tel, email & fax)
 Offer sales support with inventory inquires and shipping dates
 Prepares all necessary shipping documents of Stationary & Service products
 Coordinates all billings and credits for stationary sales and Industrial service
 Enters all sales orders for the stationary division
 Maintains electronic and hard copy files for the customer base
 Data Entry on preventative maintenance reports and inspection sheets
 Assists in coordinating on road service technicians
 Assist in warranty claim submission & shipments back to vendors

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

 Strong multi-tasking ability.
 Detail orientated.
 Excellent organization and ability to prioritize.
 Superior oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all company levels.
 Strong customer service orientation.
 Excellent computer skills especially with Microsoft Office.
 Experience with Client Relationship Management software is an asset.
 1-2 years customer service experience including inbound and outbound calling.
 Post-secondary education.
 Ability to learn and retain new knowledge.
 Resourceful, reliable and responsible.
 Battery knowledge is an asset.
