ECMM has one of the worse management I have ever encountered in my entire life. Management needs a course on how to treat employees properly and fairly. They lack people skills, and are easily frustrated.
They do not provide proper training for employees, no sick days, not accommodating to time off when needed, favore employees, brown nosers are rewarded, they expect you to attend after hours meetings not paid, the list goes on.
This place is awful. Management is terrible and will treat you like you don't matter. There's no advancement and there is a ton of bullying from management. Just don't even bother. You'll hate your life.

ECMM is a great place to work with a strong focus on fostering a team environment. Employee development is important to ECMM and there are many opportunities for cross training and working with different departments. The on the job training ensures that almost anyone can join the ECMM team and thrive in any department.
