Property administrator and general accounting

32-35 Hrs weekly

An established, Medical Professional Complex is looking for an experienced Property Administrator and General Accounting Clerk to join their growing team. Successful candidates will have several years of experience managing tenant - commercial properties with a post secondary diploma in accounting that includes intermediate accounting. .
Duties will include follow-up of matters that require attention, monthly financial and operational reporting, maintaining excellent tenant relations, assisting with contractors, tenant improvements, liaisons with the leasing team, timely collection of receivables and MIT schedules and rent rolls.
Qualified applicants will be those able to work well independently as well as part of a team, work under pressure and deadlines, be well organized and intuitive and possess strong computer skills in accounting software.
