-Responsible for becoming Emerging Market SME (Subject Matter Expert).
-Maximize client relationships by assessing their business needs and offering creative solutions through Excel mutual fund products, education, and services.
-Maintain and document sales activity to ensure production levels.
-Nurture existing relationships through increased interaction, introduction of sales ideas and marketing support.
-Consult with Investment Professionals to help build their business/production through product knowledge, prospecting and lead generation expertise, industry and competitive data.
-Service small assigned territory toward raising asset level and client satisfaction; via phone sales/service and occasional face to face client/prospect meetings as required.
Post-secondary education in business related discipline – Diploma or Degree preferred.
Fluency in English and French (written and verbal), are a must
Minimum two (2) years’ experience in a similar role within the financial industry
Superior communication skills, oral and written
Well organized, with the ability to multi-task and think outside “the box”
Excellent computer skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
Proven track record of inside sales success
Completion of or enrolment in a financial industry program (e.g. CSC, CFA, CFP, CIM etc.), is considered an asset.
