· Need someone who can take a lead and understands all of the various technologies

· Will be coding, but need to understand the architect level.

· Must have: DOJO or another framework of library similar to DOJO

· Web side experience, JavaScript, Java

· Expert in Object Oriented Design (OOD)

· Web services (RESTful & SOAP), XSD & XML

· MVC design pattern using Struts

· Java concurrency, JMeter, SQL
