Account Supervisor
ENT Marketing is a boutique entertainment agency, specializing in music marketing programs. We are looking for an up and coming client superstar to join our growing team. Be part of an exciting program and help us deliver client service excellence to our Tier 1 clients.
About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Account Director, the Account Supervisor is responsible for building and managing day-to-day relations with their Client contacts and successfully delivering all marketing campaigns related to those accounts, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget and on strategy.
Duties and Responsibilities
Leading the execution of multiple Client projects adhering to agency / client workflow processes and standards including:
- Ensuring high levels of Client satisfaction by building and maintaining strong working
relations with multiple client stakeholders;
- Tracking and managing client programs including timely communications to agency
teams, clients and outside suppliers through contact /status reports, etc.;
- Organizing the development of offers, proposals, and research to prepare Deal Point
Memos;
- Responsible for event development and project management on multiple campaigns;
- Managing logistics and implementation of client campaigns;
- Anticipating delays, estimating overages and addressing such with clients in a
proactive manner;
- Providing rapid issue resolution and developing solutions;
- Managing master campaign plan and critical path;
- Preparing estimates/billing and managing detailed budgets, implementing cost control
and efficiencies;
- Coordinating the work of internal and external teams;
- Liaising between Account Management team and Asset Acquisitions;
- Developing briefs based on campaign requirements;
- Developing copy, layout/artwork, and production materials with detail to attention;
- Leading meetings (internal and client) and delivering presentations clearly, effectively
and with confidence;
- Contributing to Client campaign plans which includes building a strong understanding
of Clients business marketing challenges, targets, and category/industry competition
and providing strategic input;
- Managing account staff including project manager and interns as required;
- Conducting post campaign reviews to for client reporting and to improve processes for
future campaigns;
- Develops actions plans with Director to address any problem areas or concerns;
- Participates in ad hoc special projects as required, and other tasks as assigned;
Required Skills and Competencies
- Professional and presentable with a strong business acumen
- An outstanding relationship builder with strong collaborative skills
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field, with minimum 5 years’ experience
working in account management, ideally in the events marketing and communications
field
- Strong client facing skills and the ability to communicate with confidence
- Excellent MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word skills
- Experience with Social Media concepts and delivery
- Solutions-focused thinker
- Highly motivated and organized with an ability to work independently, under tight
deadlines and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
