Service Coordinator
Your mission:
Coordinate maintenance & manpower planning
Provide technical support to Field Service Technicians
Performance monitoring of the technicians and Wind Energy Converters (availability, power curve)
Professional correspondence with customers
Resolution of technical problems
Handle and verify service and maintenance reports
Your profile:
Journeyman Electrician or College Level Electrical Diploma
2 - 5 years’ experience in the Electrical field
Team player with supervisory experience
Proven Troubleshooting skills
Strong oral and written communication skills in English, French an asset
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
Strong personal computer skills with in-depth experience in MS Office Package (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and SAP, Lotus Notes
Willingness to travel within Canada
Work on an rotating shift; days, evenings and weekends
