The Technical Support is responsible of assuring the quality of wind turbine towers and energy converters and will provide support to the project team, ensuring that technical excellence, cost, schedule, and contractual requirements are achieved.


  • Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or program modifications and improvement to industrial and managerial personnel;
  • Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards;
  • Investigate technical problems arising, troubleshoot and find solution in case of deficiencies with the towers or wind energy converters;
  • Participates in continuous improvement of designs.


  • Bachelor in civil, electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • Member of the O.I.Q.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience
  • Committed to technical excellence.
  • Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent French, functional English
  • Willing to be on-site - workplace will be construction sites.
