Within this varied and challenging role, the I.T. Support will be responsible for establishing, operating and maintaining the use of hardware, software, communication connections and all related computer equipment.


  • Maintaining data, software, hardware security procedures and backups.
  • Installation, repairs and maintenance of the network and communication infrastructures in a remote location.
  • Fault detection, isolation, resolution, and root cause analysis;
  • Deploying new releases and patches to test and production environments;
  • Administration for Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES)
  • "Help Desk" for the employees, particularly the remote project management teams
  • Configure laptops (hardware, software, mobile communication, repairs)


  • College degree in I.T. or equivalent
  • Experience in installation, configuration and repair of software and hardware.
  • Good knowledge of VoIP systems
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows and Linux
  • Good knowledge or SAP and Lotus Notes (an asset)
  • Excellent communication skills and feela confident liaising with people from all levels
  • Can work alone as well as in team

  • Bilingual (French, English)
  • Workplace will be the Montreal office, but travel is required 50% of the time
