To join our Project Management team, we are looking for a Claims & Contract Administrator. He/she reports to the General Project Manager as well as the Electrical Works Manager in all contract and claims matters throughout the entire project cycles to accomplish a project control, increased project transparency and improved day-to-day project results.


  • Supporting the Project Management team leaders in contractual and claims matters;
  • Responsibility for calculating project services (pre calculation, simultaneous calculation and post calculation);
  • Interface between financial accounting and PM where the customer withholds payments of the final account;
  • Coordinate and check of earliest taking over of the works and thus submission of final invoices to the customer or claims;
  • Conducting and coordinating risk management analyses;
  • Responsible for contract and claim management on site (including: in consultation with Sales and the General Project Manager, determining and passing on additional costs to the customer where changes have been made, and supporting the specialist departments and/or purchasing with claims against subcontractors);
  • Preparing claim cases to ensure they comply with contract.


  • Ability to analyse and understand commercial conditions in all contracts;
  • Excellent communication skills and excellent negotiator;
  • Analytic abilities;
  • Ability to remain productive while working independently;
  • Versatile: adapts to changing conditions and working environments;
  • 10 years of experience in construction claim resolution;
  • Willing to be on-site - workplace will be on construction sites;
  • Excellent French and English (bilingual).
