The person fulfilling the Solution Advisor - Sales role should be self-starting, competitive, imaginative, persuasive and self-confident.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Advise potential customers about our existing products and services to inquiring accounts
- Guide customers through the set-up process and issue resolution
- Deliver excellent customer service to new and existing accounts
- Build relationships with accounts through a consultative selling approach
- Call on existing accounts regarding supply reorders and up-sell new or enhanced solutions
- Prospect for new business opportunities by developing referral channels and cold calling
- Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Skills and Requirements:

- Reasonable PC skills/ literacy

Credentials and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience
- Preference given to post secondary graduates
