The person fulfilling the Solution Advisor - Sales role should be self-starting, competitive, imaginative, persuasive and self-confident.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Advise potential customers about our existing products and services to inquiring accounts
  • Guide customers through the set-up process and issue resolution
  • Deliver excellent customer service to new and existing accounts
  • Build relationships with accounts through a consultative selling approach
  • Call on existing accounts regarding supply reorders and up-sell new or enhanced solutions
  • Prospect for new business opportunities by developing referral channels and cold calling
  • Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Credentials and Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years sales experience
  • Preference given to post secondary graduates
