Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
 Ensure all Quality System procedures are adhered to(through auditing), which can affect the quality of products provided to our customers
 Maintain controlled documents - document revision and release process. Ensuring that documentation is prepared in accordance with applicable procedures and timely distribution of released documents
 Establish and maintain an effective process of reviewing and implementing revisions to applicable external standards and regulatory requirements
 Identify reportable quality trends and issues
 Compile daily, weekly, monthly quality data for product and process quality
 Ensure that appropriate personnel are notified of the released documents and applicable training records are maintained
 Create Monthly Quality report as per corporate reporting requirements
 Coordinating and conduct internal audits
 Company liaison and quality system expert for external audits
 Supplier Management
-Coordinate supplier nonconformance
-Assists with Supplier Monitoring and Supplier Audits
-Responsible for coordinating supplier assessment
 Drive activities required to maintain QMS compliance
 Coordinate actions with appropriate personnel (internal/external) to ensure that nonconformities are addressed in timely manner.
 Verifying action completion for nonconforming material as per the approved deposition
 Assume the role of Quality Inspector and/or Quality Tester as required

Qualifications (Education & Skills Required):

 At least 2 years experience in all quality assurance aspects, with working knowledge of reporting requirements
 Completion of an Engineering Degree or Diploma
 Lead Auditor accreditation is an asset
 Ability to analyze and interpret blueprint specifications using the principles of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing
 Proven knowledge and hands on experience with FIA, PPAP, FMEA
 Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment
 Strong organizational and time management skills
 Ability to use measuring equipment, tape measure, vernier, caliper, etc.
 Must be a self motivated individual and have a passion for driving continuous improvement initiatives
 Understanding of all production department requirements

Must Have:
 Expert knowledge and experience with ISO 9001 and 14001 Standards
 Excellent leadership skills with a focus on ownership of projects
 Sound planning and organizational skills
 Strong problem-solving skills
 Computer literate; proficient working with MS Office and ERP Software (preferably Visual Manufacturing)
 Strong commitment to customer satisfaction
 Ability to perform in a high-pressure environment
 Flexible and creative approach while working in an environment that is dedicated to continuous improvement
 Respect for corporate management systems and practices
 Focus and discipline; pride in work
