Business Support Supervisor (Former Employee) – Calgary, AB – 7 December 2016
Management is humble and supportive, especially the BM and RM. There is always corporate things to get through but they were willing to listen if you didn't agree with a new process, This company is focused on growing and changing and best business practices, Extremely fair to its employees, give and take relationships.
If you want extreme stress that results in cancer then go for this company
procurement (Former Employee) – halifax – 28 November 2013
Extremely clueless and poor management. They will throw you at the job with 0 training and no support. A lot of nepotism. They do not pay overtime. Most people here hold jobs without proper background/qualifications or post secondary education..so then imagine how you can work with a bunch of tools.
no recognition of work or awards, VERY poor management
Nitric Boiler Operator (Former Employee) – Maitland, ON – 4 February 2013
Very rewarding and challenging position. Something new to learn every day.Could be a very physical challenge on some days. Team work esential between millwrights, electricians, instrumentation and stationary engineers. A real feeling of achievment when it all came together and a problem was solved and the plant was again up and running.
