Dynamic Connections will rely on the AR and AP Specialist to play a key role in the growth of the business by ensuring that administrative functions that support our customers and sales are performed on a timely and accurate fashion. This person will have a caring attitude that puts customers first, ensuring that we keep our customers happy at all levels of our organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Specialist will be responsible to:
-Assist Business owner, Sales staff and Solutions Team members whenever required
-Answer telephones and direct incoming inquiries as appropriate
-File and electronically scan documents
-Review invoices from carriers and resolve discrepancies.
-Apply cash receipts to customer accounts and prepare bank deposits
-Invoice customers
-Credit and Collections - Responsible for ensuring that monthly cash receipts goals are met and that customer accounts are kept within terms
-General office maintenance

The successful candidate will have:
-Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of an organization
-Ability to adapt to and learn new software
-Effective while working as a part of a team as well as independently
-High level of logical thinking, analysis, and/or reasoning to identify underlying principles, reasons, or facts
-Superior organizational, time management and prioritizing skills
-Can pay extreme attention to detail in all areas of work
-High level of personal integrity
-Strong work ethic
-Confident, consistent, decisive personality

QUALIFICATIONS
Post secondary education
-3-5 years of business experience, preferably in an entrepreneurial environment
-Prior experience with Credit Granting and Collections
-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications is required. (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, Powerpoint)
-Quickbooks experience is an asset
-Prior experience working in office environment
