Our client, a professional cleaning company, is looking for a receptionist!
This full-time position pays $12.00/hour.
The successful candidate will be responsible for keeping open and positive communication between all team members. Specific duties include retrieving messages from voice mail, answering incoming telephone calls and welcoming visitors. They will be responsible for handling data entry into various computer programs accurately and expeditiously, dealing with complex and secure information, responding to phones calls courteously and in a timely manner, and all clerical duties with regards to file handling, including but not limited to data entry, costing, invoicing, faxing, and filing.
The ideal candidate will be professional and polished, proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills, superior organization and multi-tasking abilities, outstanding interpersonal/customer service skills, and the ability to work well with minimal supervision. Attention to accuracy and detail are a must!
