Not the place to work if you want long time employment

Management needs to keep employees informed of when contracts are starting and finishing. The also need to keep local employees employed instead of catering to those that are from out of the area. They do not offer any training courses to trade workers. This employer does however offer good benifits and pay into an RRSP. Most contracts they have offer – more... a 5-5-4 schedule which is great for spending time with family. The major downside is that it is a contractor and you could be working one day and unemployed the next. – less
