Looking for a Temporary Branch Administrator role for Brandon Manitoba.
Job Duties Include: Reception duties-operating switchboard, greeting cutomers, redirecting phone and email inquires and taking messages.
-Accounts Payable & Receivable- Matching slips to invoices, posting to G/L, bank deposits & expense reports.
-General Admin- Sort and distribution of mail, handles couriers, types letters and forms, conducts data entry, order of office supplies, conducts general filing, & submitting biweekly payroll timesheets.
2+ years of related experience (basic A/P A/R functions, multiline switchboard and front reception)
-Professional and courteous customer service/ strong communication skills
-Highly organized, accurate, attentive to details
-Proficient with MS WORD and EXCEL, email,internet,keyboarding
Wage per hour would be $13.50 Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
