We are currently hiring for an Administrative Assistant to report to the VP of Sales in Hensall ON. This a full-time temp to perm position for one of Hensall's largest’ s growing companies.

Responsibilities would include but not limited to;
*Scheduling and coordinating meetings for Vice President
*Answering telephone - multi line meridian system
*Greet customers and direct general inquiries
*Opening and distributing mail
*Ordering of all office supplies
*Typing of letters and memo's for President and Vice President
2 or more year’s current experience in a similar role
Proficient in all MS Office applications
Valid G class drivers licence and reliable vehicle
Friendly, helpful, positive attitude
Work well independently and a team player
