Our client, an agency providing in-home healthcare support to Caregivers and seniors with complex needs, is seeking an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT on a temporary basis. The office is located near the Mississauga/Oakville boarder.
The division is responsible for receiving and prioritizing incoming referrals, assessing and determining eligibility for services and maintaining the waitlist for two regional programs. The ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT will take on responsibility for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures, general office administration, reception, document and records management, tracking and analysis of data and report generation. The successful candidate must be able to work independently with little supervision, have exceptional organization and time management skills, demonstrate excellent attention to detail with strong multi-tasking abilities and possess expert level written and verbal communication skills. Superior computer skills in Microsoft Office round out the ideal skill set.
The compensation for this position is $15.00 per hour plus vacation pay.
