Our client, an environmental company in Langley, are looking for an administrative assistant to assist their team.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years experience in an administrative assistant role. You will have experience working with Simply Accounting, and the MS Office Suite, particularly Excel. You have a pleasant phone manner, and is happy to help out the office whenever there is a need.
As the administrative assistant, you will be entering invoices into Simply Accounting. You will also be using Excel on a regular basis. In addition, you will be tracking inventory, so knowledge of inventory software is a bonus. This is a small office, so you will be needed to help out other staff if needed.
3+ years experience as administrative assistant
1+ years working with Simply Accounting
Experience working with MS Office
Knowledge of inventory software is a plus
Pleasant phone manner
Open to helping others in the office
Terms of employment:
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:40pm
The pay is $14/hr.
