Cons: no long term placement, no vacation accumulated, no challenges
I feel that they could better themselves with improving job security,
More salary, allow vacation time to accumulate. They do send you out with great people to work with, but they jump you around from job to job so therefore the people you work with and meet you may never see again. You don't really learn anything from working with them because it's mainly jobs that don't involve any experience required or a challenge. The management is ok in the sense if your short cash they will advance you for transportation. A typical day at work consist of loading and unloading freight, and generally wrapping skids.
