The human resources administrator is the focal point of communication for the human resources team, with efficiency and accuracy being the key goals at all times. The human resources administrator will be responsible for providing consistently high standards of administrative and other support to the human resources team. The human resources administrator remains a high level of confidentiality and performs clerical support in all functions of the human resources department.
Upon receiving new hires, associate is responsible for accurately entering new hires in to time zone. New hire documentation and files must be prepared prior to orientation. New hire booklets must be maintained with 100 available on hand at all times.
Once orientation process is complete, all new hire passes must be printed and placed in alphabetical order with the Uniform deposit.
Once orientation process is complete, all relevant information must be tracked in time zone and on the relevant spreadsheet and all documentation must be verified for correct information and signatures.
Documentation filed appropriately and completed personnel file to be placed in the personnel file cabinet.
Prepare RACs and forward to the appropriate department manager. Follow-up to obtain signed RACs.
RACs must be tracked in time zone and filed in personnel file.
Verify termination/resignation checklist, responsible for completing the appropriate Associate Data Form and track on termination spreadsheet. Forward ADF, termination checklist and all documents in personnel file to payroll no later noon on Monday.
Manage personnel files to ensure compliance with Control Evaluation Guide.
Maintain a sufficient supply of all HR forms.
Conduct semi-annual audit on personnel files (August and January)
Processing the Associate Data Form for all approved position change requests. Entering personnel information as needed and forward to the appropriate departments (ex. Address change)
Accurate, organized, and timely filing of all HR Related documentation
All uniform issuances, returns, discarded are documented, tracked and placed in the Uniform Tracking Binder for quick access. Conduct uniform inventory and notify HR Manager of any uniform counts.
Collection and tracking of all ProServe certificates. Timely notification to department managers, with copy to HR Manager, of associates without, expired, or soon to expire certificates.
Other duties as assigned.
WORK EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
Minimum two years administrative experience in an HR environment.
Certificate in Human Resources or Administration.
Familiarity with time keeping and employee management software.

Ability to speak, read, and write English.
Ability to work a flexible, event-based schedule (days, weekends, nights).
