Dominic Systems Limited (www.dominicsystems.com) is a technology consulting firm looking for an energetic, enthusiastic individual to help with various office administration and support tasks, including:

Invoicing from consultant timesheets
Bookkeeping (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliation, Simple Payroll)
Record Keeping
Filing
Preparation of weekly reports (in Excel)

The position is part-time (20 – 25 hours per week) with flexible scheduling. Office is home based. Wage starting at $15 per hour. QuickBooks experience preferred but not required.
