The Store Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the daily retail store operation. Working as part of a team, the Manager is accountable for the completion of all the duties necessary to operate a Dollarama store on a daily basis. The Manager controls access to the store, ensures rules and regulations are respected, and recruits and motivates a team of Assistant-Managers, Key Holders and Store Associates.
