We are opening a new location and need someone to lead the new brigade.
At the Design District Urban Tavern we pride ourselves in providing innovative local farmhouse cuisine and hand crafted ales. Our ever changing menu is designed to feature local natural and organic products in season. We feature a charcuterie and cheeses as well as an oyster bar stocking east and west cost oysters. Our cocktail program is designed to highlight the unique products used in the kitchen.

Previous history as executive chef at a progressive industry leading kitchen.
Proven track record of cost controls.
Strong communication skills that foster a team environment.
Self motivated and personally responsible for continual improvement.
Ability to engage and interact with guests.
Candidates with experience in charcuterie, cheeses, oysters and butchery will be given preference.
Salary is negotiable and will be appropriate for experience and track record.
