The job started with approaching people for transit related questions. To do so there is a lot of assertiveness required, since many say they don't want to. I really got a kick out of this, although the quotas are sometimes hard to reach if the people don't cooperate.
Although management generally reasonable, I found the manager to change his mind about the process frequently, probably based on when the client gave information that he didn't have before. He sounded new at his job.
They also didn't have how the payment method happened clearly spelled out, but they are very legitimate.
