Reporting to the Office Manager, this role has a varied focus and requires someone who is able to multi-task with ease while providing exceptional assistance to several aspects of the organization. A high level of confidentiality, flexibility, and adherence to high professional standards is required. This position is part-time Monday to Friday, approximately 20 hours per week.
Our ideal candidate will be a graduate of a recognized Administrative program or have a combination of education and experience. Competent Microsoft Office skills, strong organizational ability and proficient written and oral communications, with attention to detail, is crucial for success. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle is required.
