Pros: it was on my college campus, i had a paid lunchbreak, we were allowed five min breaks if we were too stressed.
Cons: i had to sit pretty much all day, i'm not very fond of talking on the phone.
I worked from 1-9 Monday-Friday. I learned a lot about myself and how to deal with customers over the phone. The managers were very helpful and supportive. The girls worked with were all from the college where I attend. The hardest part of my job was trying to learn all my scripts and answers.
