Great employees. Heavily political environment. Scared management. Weak leadership. All in all if you can stand the do-nothing status quo work trend, you should be alright. The work environment is beautiful and there are enough good times to live for. bad management Associate, Institutional client Service (Current Employee) – Austin Tx – 7 May 2015 no management at all. If you don't have right manager, there is no way to get promoted. Sometimes, feel like people are half retired. Smart people, good culture Associate, Institutional Services Group (Current Employee) – Austin, TX – 18 October 2013 There are a lot of smart, ambitious people at the company who are great to work with. The firm has grown very quickly so technology applications and upper management can seem behind. leadership bipolarism, directionless department Communications (Current Employee) – Austin – 3 March 2013 Even though they compensate far above the Austin market rate, the team is lazy, belligerent, and more interested in self-positioning and intimidation than producing quality design material. Particularly obnoxious is the Digital/Interactive director, who can't conceptualize or art direct without belittling and berating the team. Lots of office politics and scandals.
