Dillon is a well established, employee-owned professional consulting firm operating across Canada and internationally. We provide a wide range of consulting and design services related to the real estate, resource, industrial and government sectors in Canada and abroad. We are currently seeking candidates for the position of Graphics / Word Processor in our Vancouver (Richmond) office.


  • Development of graphics and design elements relating to reports, published materials, report covers, presentations, templates, community engagement boards and other materials
  • Completion of word processing and assistance with document production duties including preparation of proposals, reports, letters, and instructional documents with emphasis on editing and proofreading
  • Enhancement of the appearance and presentation of deliverables
  • Maintenance of the local project and proposal library
  • Assistance with proposal coordination
  • Contribution to office QA/QC standards
  • Assistance with other duties as assigned by the office administrator or office manager


  • Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role, preferably with a professional consulting firm
  • Educational background in graphics, communications, administration or document production
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office 2010 software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Working knowledge of MS Project
  • Experience with general administrative functions
  • Talent for graphics and creative processes
  • Excellent verbal communications
  • Strong writing skills with diligent attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal, organization and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment
