The Opportunity

In this role you will have frequent interactions with clients; you will need to know how to turn lemons to lemonade, with an understanding that each interaction is an opportunity to learn more about the public sector clients that we service.
You will work as a member of the customer service team, which provides a wide range of services to our municipal clients. Your responsibilities will include adhering to our core values.
