Project Manager:

The Project Manager will provide leadership, execution and delivery for all assigned capital projects while observing and complying with all Project Management Guidelines. The incumbent will provide project management, technical and engineering support to Manufacturing, Technical Operations, Brand Innovation, Brand Change and Procurement. He/She will problem -solve, troubleshoot, and address technical issues within operations. Will be responsible for leading strategic planning and execution in CAPEX for the site and respond to engineering feasibility, costing and analysis requests.

The Project manager is accountable for delivering projects on time and within budget. The PM is required to make decisions within the project and negotiate with suppliers and/or internal customers to lead the delivery of all capital and non-capital project expectations for the benefit of Diageo, within policy procedures and guidelines. The PM deals with external suppliers; communicates and conveys Diageo culture, principles and values. The Project Manager will have full accountability for delivering the site annual CAPEX plan up to $10mm. He/She has full accountability to ensure all projects are delivered safety and all external resources are compliant with Diageo standards.


  • Four-year degree and/or equivalent experience required, engineering degree preferred
  • Expertise in project management disciplines / protocols – PMP/PMI certification
  • Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience and combination of technical/production/engineering/maintenance management in consumer products manufacturing or other applicable industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Successful plant and/or corporate engineering assignment
  • Proven track record in managing multiple projects
  • Career-oriented
