We are looking for a well-qualified and enthusiastic professional to join our team in our Sudbury office in the following role:
Group Benefits Reporting Analyst
Reporting to the Operations Manager of the Group Benefits Consulting Division and working in a team environment, you will be responsible for the creation of accurate quarterly reports for our clients; analysis of the quarterly reports; and preparation of reports showing cost saving alternatives for our clients. You will also be required to work closely with team members to implement new tools and procedures to help both the accuracy and efficiency of the process.
Qualifications: A positive attitude, highly motivated, a self-starter with initiative, and has strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills. The candidate must possess very strong skills in Microsoft Excel. The candidate will be a post-secondary graduate. Fluent bilingualism and working knowledge of Microsoft Access are strongly regarded assets. Salary will commensurate with experience and qualifications.
